(5) % OF THE LODGMENT WILL BE
RETAINED BY "AES
COMPUTERS".
IF
THE PURCHASER CANCELS THE ORDER AFTER TWO (2) DAYS OF "AES COMPUTERS" RECEIVING
THE
DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT AND
BEFORE
THE GOODS ARE SENT OUT THEN, TEN
(10) % OF THE LODGMENT WILL BE RETAINED BY "AES

TRANSPORTATION
OF FAULTY ITEMS BACK TO OUR POINT OF SALE
WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND AT THE COST OF THE
PURCHASER.
ALL
ITEM/S THAT HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM AGAINST THEM WILL
ONLY BE ACTED ON, ONCE THE ITEM/S ARE BACK IN THE POSSESSION OF

COMPUTERS" OR ANY OF OUR
AGENTS.
GUARANTEED WORKING
AT DATE OF SALE

BASICALLY
MEANS JUST THAT.
THE
ITEM/S WERE WORKING AT DATE OF
SALE AND IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT DAMAGED IN TRANSPORTATION TO THE BUYER,
THEY SHOULD
WORK
IN THEIR DESIGNED CAPACITY
WHEN RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER.
WE
WILL DO AS MUCH IN OUR POWER AS
POSSIBLE TO ASSURE THIS IS
SO.
TIME DESIGNATED
WARRANTIES
:
PERIODS
OF FOURTEEN (14) DAYS TO
ONE (1) YEAR WILL BE HONOURED AS STANDARD WARRANTY PERIODS FROM DATE OF
TRANSPORT
(I.E.
GOODS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR
REPAIRED IF POSSIBLE DURING THE STATED PERIOD), AS LONG AS THE ITEMS ARE
NOT DAMAGED IN
TRANSPORTATION
TO THE BUYER, AND THE
BUYER CAN PROVE THE FAULT WAS NOT INDUCED BY INCORRECT OR IMPROPER USE
OF THE ITEM.
IF THE
BUYER OR TRANSPORTER IS NOT TO
BLAME FOR THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE GOODS, AND IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO
REPAIR
OR
REPLACE
FAULTY ITEMS, THEN ONCE THE ITEMS IN QUESTION ARE RETURNED TO "AES COMPUTERS" OR ANY OF OUR AGENTS,
OR SOME ALTERNATIVE AGREEMENT ON WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE GOODS HAS BEEN
REACHED :

FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE
PRICE WILL BE ISSUED
TO THE RESPECTIVE PURCHASER OR
APPROVED
